Recently, someone shared this poem with me. After reading it, I was touched by how heart-warming it was and decided to share it with others. If you have lost a special pet ~ a member of your 'family', then I think you will enjoy the message expressed so eloquently.

My first Emotional Eating group has been such a success that I'm starting a second group. I still have a few spaces remaining, so would appreciate your helping me to get the word out on this new one! This is not a 'class' where I teach clients to 'do' steps A, B, C, D, & E, and to throw in Y every 12th week! This is also not a dieting group.

My daughter Jennifer sent this to me in an email. I thought it was filled with gems of wisdom and therefore wanted to share it with all of you!
